HIIT workout #10
I can't believe I've already done 10 mini HIIT workouts for you lot. This weeks has a few different moves for you to try.
Tuck Jumps
Squat Jack with Floor Tap
Ankle Tap High Knees

It's a real leg burner!
Powerbag Complex Supersets
Complex Supersets are where multiple exercise link together into one fluid movement. You might also see them referred as flow moves, as you flow from one exercise into the next. I will get other Complex Supersets filmed using different equipment so there's a workout no matter what kit you've got at home.
This can be done very easily with a dumbbell of kettlebell, if you want to know how just message me. I will do the videos with them in the near future.
Hip Drop Plank
Mix up your planks and add a controlled rotation to the usually static exercise.
