Asssault Bike - seat position
We use the cardio kit a lot in Personal Training and Group Classes now so here are a couple of videos to ensure you're set up correctly on the Assault Bike.

Hip Hinge Like a Boss!
A few of you out there struggle with hip positioning in deadlifts, bentover rows and battle ropes. Watch the video from Jason at Achive Fitness and look at how he does the hip hinge that is required for those exercises. Once you've got the hip hinge sorted your deadlifts will improve very quickly.
Concept2 Rower technique
Over the last few weeks there's been a few jerky movements on the rower at group classes so here's a video from the makers to slow down the rowing technique. Give it a watch and see if you can get a smoother more powerful row next time you're on the kit.
